• Demo and voice interaction data: if you interact with our AI receptionist demo, the call may be recorded and the audio/transcript processed to demonstrate and improve the service.
• Technical and usage data (IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited) collected automatically.
• Billing information, processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store card details).

2. How we use your data

• To provide, operate and demonstrate our services.
• To contact you about our services where we have a lawful basis.
• To set up, manage and support your account if you become a client.

Where calls are made or received through our AI receptionist, they may be recorded and processed for service delivery, quality and training. Where required, notice of recording is provided at the start of the call.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing (including direct marketing), request portability, and withdraw consent.
