- Technical and usage data (IP address, browser type, device info, pages visited) collected automatically.
- Billing information, processed securely by our payment provider (we do not store card details).
2. How we use your data

- To contact you about our services where we have a lawful basis.
- To set up, manage and support your account if you become a client.
- To process payments and meet accounting/legal obligations.
- To maintain the security and performance of our website and systems.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Legitimate interests: for B2B outreach and to run/improve our services, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: where you have agreed (you may withdraw at any time).
- Contract: where necessary to deliver services you engaged us for.
- Legal obligation: where we must retain records to comply with the law.
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers (CRM, telephony/voice AI, email delivery, payment processing, website hosting) under appropriate data protection terms. Some may process data outside the EU/EEA, in which case safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.
5. Call recording
Where calls are made or received through our AI receptionist, they may be recorded and processed for service delivery, quality and training. Where required, notice of recording is provided at the start of the call.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required by law, then securely delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing (including direct marketing), request portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise these, email hello@irelandautomations.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
